Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of these services, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. However, you may request a credit toward an alternative service of equal value by submitting a request via our contact form within 30 days of purchase.

3. Information Products

Digital materials, guides, templates, and online courses aimed at enhancing your compensation processes are offered as information products.

Refund Policy: Purchases of digital products may be eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of download or access and if less than 20% of content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be applied to the original method of purchase. You may also request a credit for an alternative digital product via our contact form.

4. Physical Goods

Refund Policy: If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or reimbursement to the original payment method. Requests must be submitted via our contact form.
